Right after all smartphones OPPO in Italy they received updates to ColorOS 7 based on Android 10, the manufacturer worked hard on the development of Android 11 and announced the new version of its customization. The new operating system, which will be customized by ColorOS 11, is already available beta on Find X2 and X2 Pro (which pass through it starting with version 7.2 of the user interface), and it arrived for the first time shortly after the release of the first beta of Android 11 by Google.
After the official presentation of the new user interface on September 14th, the first official roadmap has also arrived. But what will be all the OPPO smartphones that will receive the update to ColorOS 11 and Android 11 in Italy and in the world? The Chinese company has not released a list and has announced the timing that we can finally show you. There are two official roadmaps: one for the beta and one for the final and stable version intended for the global market (and therefore also for Europe and Italy). Times haven't been announced for all devices, but the manufacturer will release more roadmaps later.
List of OPPO smartphones for ColorOS 11 and Android 11 (Global) update
Before talking about the beta version, let's start from the roadmap of the OPPO smartphones they will receive the update to the definitive and stable ColorOS 11 on the global market, therefore in Europe. The following roadmap is official, but consider that, according to OPPO, smartphones will update "starting" from the timing indicated.
So if you do not receive the update in the specific timing present in the roadmap it is normal. Also consider that the timing of the roadmap does not apply to smartphones branded by telephone operators, as the update on these devices also depends on the times of the operators. So let's move on to the roadmap.
ColorOS 11 Roadmap in Western Europe
This is the roadmap that concerns us firsthand as it relates to Western Europe, where theItaly. For now OPPO Mobile Italy has not yet released a specific ColorOS 11 roadmap for our country, we will update you as soon as there is news.

ColorOS 11 Beta upgrade roadmap
Anyone wishing to try the ColorOS 11 based on Android 11 in preview with respect to the definitive updates can do so by downloading the beta version on their smartphone in which ColorOS 7 (or later versions) and Android 10 are installed.
Asia Beta Roadmap
The beta version unfortunately it will not be officially launched in Europe due to non-compliance with the GDPR regulation, however, European users will still be able to download the Asian beta. Below is the roadmap of the beta version for the Asian market, which will be released in staggered mode. We specify, as indicated in the official roadmap, that smartphones will receive the beta starting from the times indicated.

In addition to official timing OPPO also indicated the process to be carried out to join the beta testing phase.
The user will have to go to the tab Software update settings, touch the gear icon at the top right and select Beta version, then fill in the form that will appear and select the confirm button to join the beta testing. You will then be able to find the update, once available, in the Software update section of the settings, with the possibility of tapping on Update now to install the beta.
