News for all customers Fastweb Mobile: the operator has updated the list of certified smartphones to navigate using its 5G network. The launch of this new network is very recent for the telephone operator, being dated 27 December 2020. Right from that moment, on the official Fastweb website there is a special page dedicated entirely to 5G and containing all the necessary information. What are the new enabled devices? Let's take a look together.

Fastweb Mobile: smartphones compatible with 5G

If from the beginning, the list of smartphones compatible with Fastweb Mobile's 5G networks included smartphones Xiaomian, Oppo, Huawei and ZTE, there are now some new additions. In particular, they are the first three brands to see other devices included in the list in question. A list that has been extended a little and for which, now, a new consultation method is also envisaged. By entering the brand concerned we will be able to see if the model in our possession is among those enabled or still not.

But what are the smartphone models currently compatible with Fastweb's 5G networks. Here is the complete list which, however, is always being updated. Currently 21 smartphones are enabled.

The expansion of 5G continues

Fastweb Mobile has kept to specify, always within its official website, that monthly the list of devices compatible with its 5G networks will be updated. If now, therefore, our smartphone is not present, it could be with the next update. This is thanks to an ever-expanding 5G network.

The same operator, however, remembers whoever wants enable 5G being in possession of a compatible device, they can do so through their customer area. At the moment, therefore, activation is not automatic but requires user intervention. In any case, the operation is always free and can be carried out in a few minutes.
