Together with the entry-level A3, the old The OPPO R15 it was the first OPPO smartphone launched in Italy: just over two years have passed since then, while in China it was marketed months earlier. But despite its age, the Chinese company has also decided to give the owners of this smartphone (born with Android 8.1 Oreo and ColorOS 5) the update to ColorOS 7 and Android 10.
The update to the stable version is currently being distributed in India, Thailand and Malaysia, and then spread to the rest of the world (here the guide to search for it in advance via VPN). At the moment we have no reports regarding the roll out in Italy of the OPPO R15 Pro update, however on the Italian roadmap the month of July is indicated as the update timing, so it should arrive really shortly.
In the above Asian countries, the update for OPPO R15 Pro carries the version code CPH1831EX_11.F.14 and brings a lot of news. Since the roll out is incremental, do not be surprised if the update will arrive first on some units of the smartphone and then on others, even in the same country. But where have we come with the ColorOS 7 roadmap? Well, practically all the devices on the roadmap have received the update.
For some models including the A9 2020 the update has not yet reached all the units present in Italy, but is in the process of being staggered roll out based on IMEI codes, as confirmed by the assistance. It should therefore only be a matter of days for all missing drives. We leave you to the official roadmap of the stable ColorOS 7 that you find in the image above. Have you updated your smartphone?
