OPPO smartphones will go directly from ColorOS 7 to ColorOS 11. The Chinese manufacturer has decided to assign the number 11 to the new version of its Android customization in honor of Android 11, and has also announced the date of presentation of the new user interface. The company will unveil all the news of the new UI on 14 Settembre, at 11 am (CET), in an event that will be broadcast in live streaming.
The teaser that confirms the release of ColorOS 11 also contains the slogan "Make life flow", in Italian "Make life flow". During the virtual event, not only will the novelties of the new customization be revealed, but they will come also published the first betas and will be announced on launch plan which will reveal which OPPO smartphones will receive the update. Roll out times could also be announced, at least for the Asian market.
In the meantime, we remind you that OPPO has already opened the phase of beta testing by ColorOS 11 for some of its devices in Asia, specifically on Find X2, X2 Pro, Reno3, Reno3 Pro and Ace2. Thanks to the Chinese beta we have also been able to show you several of the news that will be introduced. Recall that the stable version of Android 11 was released by Google yesterday and is only available on Pixel series smartphones. Excluding OPPO and of course Google, only Xiaomi and OnePlus have announced the beta testing phase of Android 11 for their smartphones.
