Being only 2 days away from the presentation, there is a lot of talk about the new series OPPO Reno5 5G which as we have known for some time will be composed of at least 3 variants at launch: Reno 5, 5 Pro and 5 Pro +. But thanks to the latest tip close to the December 10th release, it emerged that there will be another variant in the new family: Oppo Reno5 4G. While the aforementioned versions are all equipped with 5G connectivity, this fourth variant would be equipped with only 4G LTE connectivity in order to arrive on the market with a lower price.
The leak, published on Twitter, also unveiled the main technical specifications of the cheapest version of the line-up. Although its lower price, OPPO Reno5 4G will still be equipped with a AMOLED display: to be precise, a 6,43-inch panel with Full HD + resolution e refresh rate to 90 Hz. The design will be made of polycarbonate, with the exception of the glass for the screen, of course. The processor will be different than the other models: we are talking about a Qualcomm Snapdragon 720G.
OPPO Reno4 5G will have a quadruple rear camera from 64 + 8 + 2 + 2 Megapixel including a wide-angle lens and sensors for macro and depth calculation, while on the front there will be a sensor from well 44 megapixels for selfies. The battery capacity will be 4310 mAh with support for the quick charge to 50W. No details on RAM and memory, although with this data sheet it is easy to imagine an 8/128 GB configuration. What also remains to be discovered is whether we will see this variant on December 10 in China or will it be affected by a launch at a later time, perhaps for the international market.
