OPPO's first smartwatch is official for the European market. The debut of OPPO Watch in Europe was scheduled for the end of 2020, but the Chinese manufacturer anticipated the times and confirmed its release on the German market. The new wearable device will be available in Germany as early as 20 July and its price will be €249. We can define it as an affordable price, if we consider that it is a smartwatch with on board Wear OS by Google (customized by coloros watch).
OPPO watch is a smartwatch that features the same form factor as Apple Watch, with a square-shaped and type display AMOLED which boasts a 1,6-inch diagonal, a resolution of 360 x 320 pixels, Gorilla Glass 3 protection and 3% DCI-P100 coverage. The wearable made its debut in Germany in the 41 mm version only, with a case made of polycarbonate and aluminum waterproof up to 5 ATM and weighing 29,7 grams.
OPPO Watch is powered by a processor Snapdragon Wear 3100 paired with the Apollo 3 co-processor, 1 GB of RAM and 8 GB of internal memory. It has support for WiFi, Bluetooth, NFC, GPS and a 300 mAh battery with 24 hours of autonomy with Flash VOOC magnetic charging. For now there is no official information regarding the debut of the wearable also in other European countries and in Italy: we will update you as soon as we have more news about it.
