Although not with perfect timing due to the coronavirus pandemic that has delayed the times, updates are proceeding to Android 11 and Realme UI 2.0 in Italy. In the peninsula, another smartphone has just been updated via OTA, as recently reported by many users of our community: Realme 7 Pro.
The device has officially become the third in Italy to receive the update to Realme UI 2.0 and Android 11. The update released on Realme 7 Pro carries the build number RMX2170_11_C.19 and has a weight of 2,97 GB, for which it is advisable to download through a WiFi connection in order not to excessively erode the data traffic. The update arrived on Realme 7 Pro introduces all the novelties of the new customization based on Android 11 of which we have already spoken extensively at the launch.
Meanwhile, in Asia, the Realme 7i received the second update to UI 2.0 in Early Access version for those who joined the beta testing phase. The firmware in this case has the build number RMX2103_11_C.04 and a weight of 452 MB. The update includes an optimization of the operating system performance and stability, but also the security patches of April 2021. The release of this update is gradual but will not arrive in Europe because the beta testing phase is limited to the Asian market for via the GDPR regulations.
So far in Italy, in addition to the 7 Pro which is now the first and only mid-range to be updated, two other smartphones have received the stable update to the UI 2.0 based on Android 11: the top of the range Realme X50 Pro e X3 SuperZoom.
