After the launch of the Pro variant, the Realme 8 series is about to thicken with two other smartphones that will make the value for money their strong point. On 22 April the new ones will be made official in Italy Realme 8 and 8 5G, two devices that will not differ from each other only in support of fifth generation networks.

But what will be the technical characteristics of the new devices intended for the mid-range? Of Realm 8 we know practically everything because it has already been made official on the Asian market just when the Pro variant arrived in Europe.
The unreleased device will instead be the Realm 8 5G, but the leaks have already revealed a lot and the company has officially confirmed its processor. The terminal will be equipped with the MediaTek Dimensity 700: a step back from the Realme 7 5G which instead has a more powerful Dimensity 800U chipset on board, and in fact this model cannot at all be considered an upgrade of its predecessor.
Among other specs there will be a 90-inch 6,5 Hz IPS display, a triple 48 + 2 + 2 Megapixel camera and a 5000 mAh battery: in practice it would seem a rebrand of the device launched in Asia under the name of V13 5G. Considering that the 8 Pro was marketed for 279 euros, the chances that the prices of the new models can start from just 200 euros are not low at all: in your opinion how much will they cost?
