A drift race aboard a Realme Lamborghini with a professional driver: this is how the CEO announces the launch date of the new Realme 8 series. The official presentation is set for 24 March. The series will initially contain a standard variant and a Pro variant, and it is on the latter that the attention is being focused more. The killer feature of the device will be a 108 Megapixel rear camera, already extensively detailed in the Camera Innovation event held a few days ago.
Realme 8 and 8 Pro they will be presented in India and will also arrive in Europe, at least in the two aforementioned variants. One of the two smartphones could have 5G connectivity, although previous rumors had suggested a 4G version arrival on the market. Among the specifications of the Realme 8 Pro we also expect an AMOLED display and a 4500 mAh battery with fast charging at 65W. The main features of the standard version were instead already disclosed by the CEO.
Realme GT Neo and X9 Pro also coming: images and specifications
In addition to the aforementioned mid-range, there are also new flagship killers in the program whose arrival should not be far away. We are talking about Realm GT Neo and X9 Pro, just appeared in photos. The first was certified by the Tena: we are not yet certain that it is him, but the design is the same as the standard GT announced a few days ago. The smartphone has the model code RMX3116 and has a curved screen (the first for the brand) from 6,55 inches. The device measures 159,9 x 73,4 x 7,8 mm and houses a 4400 mAh battery. The 3C unveiled that it has 65W charging and Android 11 pre-installed.
As for Realme X9 Pro, Its Master Edition just appeared in live photos on Weibo. The flagship killer would have a 6,55-inch display with 90 Hz refresh rate, a processor Dimensity 1200, a 4500 mAh battery with 65W charging and a thickness of 7,8 mm. The features seem the same as GT Neo and the design is similar (if we exclude the brand logo and the slogan “Dare to Leap”): is it a rebrand destined for the Chinese market?
