Realme is releasing updates on several of its smartphones and among these there are also several models sold on the European market. The update that has been spreading the most in recent days is the one that contains the Android security patch for December, arrived on a multitude of devices in China, India and Europe.
We know that in Europe the following models have been updated with the December security patches: Realme X2 Pro, X50 Pro, 6s, X3 SuperZoom and 7 Pro. These devices should also be updated in Italy, but if you have not yet received the OTA notification, do not despair, because it is a gradual roll out. In addition to the new security patches, the update also introduces bug fixes present in the previous version and optimizations to the stability of the operating system.
Speaking of the operating system, the Chinese manufacturer has released the second beta version of Realme UI 2.0 based on Android 11, which is available for download in the Indian Peninsula at X2 Pro and 6 Pro. The new beta contains enhancements to the camera, a fix to a bug in connecting with Bluetooth headphones, a fix to an issue with the Always-On Display mode, and a fix to an issue that prevented music from being sorted alphabetically.
Unfortunately, the beta phase we are talking about is not available in Italy but only on the Asian market. For more info on the timing of the update to Android 11 and the new UI, we refer you to official roadmap of the Early Access version.
