A few days ago Xiaomi Mi 11 was officially announced: the first smartphone with the processor on board Snapdragon 888. But this record is destined to last very little, because they are about to hit the market other 4 smartphones powered by Qualcomm's latest top-of-the-range SoC.
The confirmation is not official, but comes from the always informed leakster identified on social networks as Digital Chat Station. It seems that the first of the 4 smartphones in question will be Article 7, from the well-known brand of Vivo, whose release would have been set for 11 January. It should arrive soon after I live X60 Pro +, which will be available for purchase in China from this month.
The new one will also arrive during this month Realme Koi, successor of OPPO Ace2, on which they have already leaked several interesting leaks. Finally, a Xiaomi device would be arriving whose name will be Redmi K11 or Redmi K40 Pro: this model could be the cheapest smartphone with the Snapdragon 888 on board.
But the news did not end there: Qualcomm would already be working on the realization of Snapdragon 888 +, an upgrade to its flagship processor that would be coming in the second half of the 2021. Among the other smartphones coming with SD888 in the first part of this year there will also be the series devices OPPO Find X3 and Samsung Galaxy S21, even if for the latter the chipset should be in the American version and not in the European one.
